U Chicago Medicine

University of Chicago Medicine is the #1 Cancer Center in Chicago.  No small feat, in a city with 5 academic hospitals, but U Chicago is considered to Ivory Tower, tucked away in the Southside and not always delivering on compassionate cancer care. We were tasked with giving U Chicago Medicine a kinder face and remind people we have locations across Chicagoland. The message is simple: Never wonder if you are getting the best cancer care in the country.  Finally earning a 5-star rating in the 2025 ratings update on the CMS Hospital Compare and a 20% raise in patient satisfaction in the first 3 months of Campaign .
