U Chicago Medicine

University of Chicago Medicine is the #1 Cancer Center in Chicago.  No small accomplishment in a city with 5 academic hospitals, but U Chicago is considered too Ivory Tower, tucked away in the Southside and not always thought to deliver compassionate care. We were tasked with giving U Chicago Medicine a kinder face and reminding people that they have locations across Chicagoland. The message was simple: Never wonder if you are getting the best cancer care in the country.  U of Chicago finally earned a 5-star rating in the 2025 CMS Hospital Compare and a 20% increase in patient satisfaction in the first 3 months of the campaign .
